Grants and Funding

To help our global community and the local San Francisco and Denver areas, home to Twilio’s largest offices, we recently announced donations totaling $1.5 million. This funding will support the UN Foundation’s COVID-19 Response Fund, the Give2SF fund, the Silicon Valley Community Foundation’s COVID-19 Regional Response Fund, and the Colorado COVID Relief Fund.

We are actively working on additional opportunities for grant funding to support organizations in need, including an open call grant round to fund organizations using communications to help people affected by COVID-19. We will provide more information here as soon as it is available. To ensure that you receive information about this and future grant rounds, please submit our contact form here on Twilio.org.

Twilio Employee Resources

If you would like to speak with someone on the Twilio team about your communications needs, please contact us on our COVID-19 contact page. This is the fastest way for our team to connect you with the right resources for your needs.

Through our employee engagement and volunteer program, WePledge, we’re providing opportunities for Twilions to volunteer remotely. These include mentorship programs through organizations like Career Village and Empower Work, as well as global and local community support through Be My Eyes, Crisis Text Line, Tarjimly, and many more. If your organization offers remote volunteer opportunities and you are seeking more volunteers, please email us at wepledge@twilio.com.

We will continue to update this page with additional resources and information when we have information to share. Be safe, take care, and thank you for all you do.
